For cavities that are small to medium in size, we are able to place white composite bonded restorations that will blend in very naturally to your existing tooth. White fillings are bonded to your teeth, giving the tooth greater strength and creating a nice seal between the filling and tooth interface to prevent bacterial leakage and contamination. Unlike silver mercury fillings, composite tooth-colored fillings will not corrode, darken or stain the supporting tooth structure.
