Founded by Dr. Chong Lee and Dr. Joseph Oh in 2008, South Riding Smiles proudly serves the residents and families of South Riding, Virginia, as well as the surrounding areas of Aldie, Chantilly, Ashburn and other communities in Loudoun County.
